1. Reservation and Payment
- All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card. Payment for the stay must be made in full upon check-in unless otherwise arranged.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
3. Room Occupancy
- Each room rate is based on double occupancy. Additional guests are subject to extra charges. The maximum occupancy per room is limited and must be adhered to for safety reasons.
4. Identification
- Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification upon check-in. For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa are mandatory.
5. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Loud noise, disturbances, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to evict any guest causing disruptions without refund.
6. Damage to Property
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s account.
7. Smoking Policy
- Hotel Broadway Boutique is a non-smoking facility. Smoking inside the rooms or any indoor area is prohibited. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
8. Liability
- Hotel Broadway Boutique is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
9. Amendments
- The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
