Cancellation Policy for Hotel Broadway Boutique, Darjeeling
At Hotel Broadway Boutique, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and clear to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Made 15 Days or More Before Arrival:
- Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- A full refund will be provided.
- Cancellations Made Between 7 and 14 Days Before Arrival:
- Cancellations made within this window will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.
- The remaining 50% will be refunded.
- Cancellations Made 6 Days or Less Before Arrival:
- Cancellations made within 7 hours of the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- No refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not contacted the hotel to cancel, 100% of the total booking cost will be charged, and the reservation will be released.
Special Rates & Packages

Early Departure
- Should you choose to depart earlier than the planned check-out date, no refund will be given for the unused nights.
Group Bookings

- Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellation fees may apply to modifications made within 7 days of arrival.
